Hacking ACWW Cheats + Edge = Crash!

Don't get an R4 clone bro, if you want the cheapest reliable cart then get an Ak2. Though for now stick with your EDGE and try and iron out the wrinkles. I had a problem once with using AC:WW cheats on my M3 Real with an old version of Sakura which caused it to crash because there were so many cheats being loaded. Try cutting out the cheats you don't need with r4cce and see if that works.

Take the cheats of the my cheats.dat file? I don't see how that would help iv'e tried it with ONLY Text2Item on = Fail!

Does it work in 1.5? If not, maybe you could try downloading the cheats again (unless you're using the same file as your friend).

Use r4cce, it is the best cheat code editor out there. Also it could help taking them out seeing as it might crash due to too much information being being saved when enabling the AC:WW Cheats. Edit them with r4cce then see how you go.

Actually, I think PettingZoo may be right. The amount of unused cheats in the file may be too much for the EDGE to handle, causing your DS's [imaginary] brain to explode.

I have Animal Crossing and have backed it up onto my EDGE I know EDGE has an Action Reply (AR) Engine and I have a code (on 1.45 firmware) freezes the game. Under 1.5 firmware I noticed you have the "New and improved AR Engine" when I try the cheat code it does not freeze however does not give me my item! I am wondering if perhaps there is a way to fix this.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
You have to use a special program (Not DSATM) to write the cheats to the ROM and they work like a charm!
