Hello community!

Yesterday I installed my CFW on my 3DS and I noticed that every software you play gets remembered in the activity log. Can nintendo see your activity log and maybe ban you if you run unauthorized software? I found a tool which clear the activity log but you need to do that every time after running an unauthorized tool?

Thanks in advance :)

Disable the sending of information and try to run homebrews as 3dsx rather CIA and you should be fine. If I remember correctly, the info that's sent to Ninty is basically what game/app you are running at the moment (if you have one open) or what the last one you had open was (if you don't have one open). There's no need to overreact, even running CIA apps is fine. Just don't do anything blatantly stupid (eg: cheating online or playing pirated leaked stuff) and you will be fine.

Which settings should I disable that nintendo can't see that?

It's "sending of information" or something in the system settings (internet options I think)...
Yeah at spotpass, I deactivated that before.

But im still not happy that every CIA I start gets in my activity log...

Ik but thats not what i want. I want a solution for the activity log.
Either clear it and leave it like that or leave it be. That's it. If you have a SysNAND backup from after you installed CFW but before you ran homebrew CIAs, then restore that one (but you will need to reinstall everything you installed after that backup). Simply leaving it be and running homebrews through the HBL is safe anyway, why trouble yourself?

But in that case the homebrew launcher gets remembered in the activity log...

What are you talking about? If you are using Luma and really installed it recently, then there's no homebrew launcher, you use Rosalina's entrypoint by injecting HBL in one of the stock apps.

Currently I use HBL as cia. How can I inject HBL in stock apps?

You didn't follow 3ds.guide? There's no reason to be using the HBL as cia, especially on 11.6! Load up whatever game/app you want to replace with the HBL, then go to "miscellaneous" and select the first option. You can read about it here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Rosalina And next time, read the guides properly.

You need to inject ever time after reboot??

Nintendo has their own that log every single title run while online.

The best advice is to run Homebrew only offline, Rosalina faking some original title or block all Nintendo servers/ sites accessed by the CTR in your router.

If that's the case, what is even the point in making this thread?:/
