Hacking Action Replay Problem... No video on imports

Hoping someone can help. This has probably been covered before but here we go...

I have a 3.2U Wii with a Wasabi V3 and Action Replay 1.14. I can load NTSC GC games (originals and backups) with AR just fine -- I'm using it for the codes. When I load a PAL GC game though the disc channel it runs fine. However, when I load a PAL game through AR I get sound but no video. I am wondering what I need to do to allow the import loading through AR so I can use the codes with my import collection.
