Hacking Action Replay 3DS Powersaves I need help

I cant get my Animal Crossing: New Leaf to work It load's and on second step it says* "web operation failed"
*Second step ( 2 ) "Uploading Save"

so, i was right
i don't even have the power save, but it should arrive to me around 4 days
the power save site usually not that powerful because there is not many people have it or need it
but when they released the codes for X and Y the traffic went sky high , they really should update their server if they don't want to make the process offline
