ROM Hack ACNL Offline Hack Help Needed

I am familiar with RAM hacking, and I own a Powersaves 3DS Pro. However, Powersaves is only good enough for some things, and I would like to edit my town. Right now, I live somewhere without an internet connection I can connect my 3DS to, so I cannot use TubeHax to get my garden bin. Does anyone know of anyway to pull that from the save with Powersaves? Or does anyone know of a way I can get my garden.bin while offline?

From what I heard tubehax is patched now, and Ironfall has been, too, if you don't already have it downloaded. If you do, then don't update or delete it. Use something like Smashhax, or ideally, when you get back to Internet, browserhax, and install ironhax or homemenuhax. Those will work offline.

When you have internet connection, hurry and install HomeMenuHax/ThemeHax before Nintendo patch Browserhax.
