wanted to also ask about jksv, i have a 2nd profile on the accont but i dont see the option to select a different user? isit the same save file being backed up?

You have to use the account related to the save you want to back up i suppose, Switch account in console if possible.

I dunno BC i only have one account.

Also there is only one island per console so, i guess the save is shared between both account.

100 sure, i double checked and then redone it with fresh download.

I really am clueless at this point.

I have the game both on my emunand and sysnand, on emunand it is the one from tinfoil, and i didnt had this issue at all.

Ooooooooh shittttt LWG double check you firmware mines at 9,1,0
i have worked yesterday on it and updated my firmware but maybe it was on emu nand only not sure what happend here

Go check in your system config , the version of your firmware.

Your first post stated you have 10.0.4, but is it on sysnand or emunand ?

You use CFW on sysnand directly ?

on the clean version ;) its 10.0.4

when i load the rom it changes to 9.1.0|AMS 0.13.0|E

This is the problem.

Update emunand to 10.0.4 using choidujournx : https://switchtools.sshnuke.net/

Paste choidujournx.nro in switch folder, find the latest firmware update. And update emunand.

When you will be done, you will have to restart ACNH, to the point it let you save your new game.

Because we deleted your save.

Dont worry, proceed to new game, save when its possible, and then restore your save with JKSV (hold Y button to restore)

Last edited by IZUNYA,
working like a charm now to have my way to first check point, sorry for beeing silly and not realising i only updated emunand :)

Lmao this works, man that was soooo troll! to think my sys was on 10.0.4 but I was looking at it wrong this whole time. Thanks for your help and spotting my mistake interpreting the wrong info when the rom is loaded.

TL;DR: Just delete all the Atmosphere-related stuff and reinstall a clean version of Atmosphere.

What i did specifically:
- Backed up everything that was in the atmosphere folder
- Deleted everything in the atmosphere folder except "contents"
- Deleted everything in the sept folder
- Redownloaded the latest Atmosphere
- Dragged everything in the .zip into the root of my sd card, overwriting any files it asked to overwrite
- From my backup, I put my old system_settings.ini file back into the "config" folder that's inside the atmosphere folder.[/QUOTE]

IT WORKED! Thank you so much! Have a great life!
