I suggest you go to Github, look for Luna-App
Also when you download the program, make sure you check the read me file for how to use it, and download this: https://github.com/Ixaruz/Luna-App/raw/main/enctemplate.zip
When you have done all the above, then use NHSE to dump the files one at a time to a folder of your choice.

I dumped an island, edited it in nhse, restored the gamesave and loaded it up and something weird happened, it took me to the setup (new game screen) then said my island name and flew me there and a new character, not sure what I did wrong

I'm not sure what went wrong, but maybe ask someone else here on how to fix it

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
