Hacking aceKard2i problem

Never had a problem running my NDSL and an aceKard2i using AKIAO 1.6RC2 until the other day when i tried to put a ROM on the 4gb Mem card. The ROM didnt work, so i formatted the card to clear all my old games and re-install only the ones i wanted. But now No game will work. The AKAIO screen and menu works fine, including my custom skin, But no game gets past the loading stage/screen. Can the memory card be bust ? I Have tried the above three times now but still no ROM will work. I use the basic FORMAT option in windows XP to format the mem card if by the way. ANY HELP would be great, Cheers

Have you tried the Panasonic formatter ???

IIRC Windows don't follow the SDcard formatting sttandards exactly & that could be your problem
