Hacking Acekard2i not showing up in a new DSi from Nintendo Repair

I had a 1.4U DSi and my Acekard2i was updated for it and worked perfectly; Danny Phantom and all.

My DSi's R-Button stopped working so I sent it in to Nintedo to get it repaired.

They sent me a brand new DSi, and my Acekard2i didn't show up in this one. Settings says 1.4U.
- I tried my Acekard2i in my brother's 1.4U DSi and it worked fine, but still wouldn't in this new DSi I was sent from Nintendo
- I tried updating for 1.4U again using a DS Lite, still no good.

Any ideas?

If original games work in it, its most likely a contact issue, try the paper trick(s)
