Hacking Acekard2 UI images

Can someone help me out, i used 24 bit bmp and like the image is just like a bunch of colors, kinda like that unknown pokemon in red version =P but seriously, its like all distorted colors for the calendar pictures I replaced, is this a ui .ini issue, or format of image issue?
