Hacking Acekard Stores

Does anyone know which Acekard stores that accept prepaid visa due to the fact that the Target Prepaid Visa I have does not work with paypal and is repeatedly declined so are there any or is there a way to use my Prepaid Visa on Paypal?

Any merchant that accepts credit card will accept Prepaid Visa. Just use it as if it is a credit card. Don't use it through Paypal.

Any stores off the top of your head I've went through most North American retailers and most of them use paypal =/

With ShopTemp, you can only use credit card if you use it through Paypal. OP is having issue with Paypal at the moment.

Just got an order through for the first time hoping that it goes through. And, actually shoptemp was the first place I went to and ran into the issue.
