Hacking Acekard RPG EZ Flash V 3 in 1 Rumble

When I first got my RPG, I put the MicroSD I had been previously using in my R4 in it, it showed my Metroid Prime Pinball ROM as corrupt.
I recently got Elite Beat Agents, which I patched using the EZ Flash V rumble patcher, that showed up as corrupt also.
From what I can gather, the AceKard RPG is incompatible with that rumble patcher.
I really cant be fucked loading up Rudolphs tool every time I want to use rumble, does anyone know of a rumble patch that wont make the RPG loader thin it is a corrupt ROM?

Yeah, I tried that before, but when I tried to load a GBA game and it erased the save I had in SRAM, plus I was getting graphical artifacts and crashes.
I lost a whole lotta progress in Aria of Sorrow. Pissed.
