Hacking Acekard Rage

Right, so I just got my Acekard 2i today. I download everything I need to and find out that I need to update it so it can work on my DSi (Firmware 1.4), so I download that file too and borrow my cousin's DsL so I could update the Acekard. Everything's peachy, I update the AK2i and everything, except when I try to run it on my DSi. I get the Danny Phantom Icon but when I run it I get the Troubleshooting message. Now I've seriously been sitting here for about two hours tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the problem is (downloading things, reformating, different OS' etc etc).

So can anyone help me? :/
Or has anyone been in a similar situation/heard of one?

Oh. And you should have used the 1.4.1 update.

You used the 1.4 fix (Danny Phantom).

Can you give me a link to the update? I tried looking for it here but it just links me to http://filetrip.net/index.php and I dont see the download anywhere.

You know, english is your first language, isn't it? How long will it take to read that guide? You should have read if before you ordered your Acekard. OK?

Second, actually, but I guess thats no excuse since I understand almost as well as my first.
Also, I just blindly update my DS from time to time (like today...) so yea, im pretty awful at all this.

Bleh, whenever I try to run the update it just stops (I can't move). Ive done it a few times, and its the same thing :x.

Try to put in just 1 small layer of paper, and it should fit

I put some paper in and it still doesn't work...

For the ones where my Acekard 2i does work, it works on my friend's DSi, my own DSL, but not this person's DSi. Actually, none of the Acekard 2i work on said DSi...
