Hacking Acekard for $69?

I just found this website that is selling the original Acekard for $69. Is the site legit and what are the problems with the Acekard.

EDIT: Oh, acekard RPG. Thats a little steep, and you could just buy a Acekard 2 with a 4GB MicroSD for less

Well, I looked back at the website and compared what I wanted to buy and it turns out that dealextreme has everything they had for almost the same price. And I can trust dealextreme. I guess that ends it.
