Hacking Acekard/Akaio date problem?

Hello,

I have 2 DSi XLs, and both stopped working today.
One has firmware 1.4 and the other has 1.3, both acekards are updated to support the last firmware.

When I click the acekard in the DSi menu, Akaio loads, but immediatly freezes.

After setting the date back on both DSi XLs to 1-1-2010 (instead of 2011), both cards work fine again.

Is anyone else running into this issue?

Mine works fine with the correct date set.

I found out it's skin related...
There are some skins (assumably for older akaio versions) that have this problem.

The default and most of the newer skins work fine.

Does anyone know how to make a menu-crashing skin functional, or any idea what makes it happen in the first place?

I have a custom theme I made that's subject to this problem. All I did was edit one of the default skins with a custom image and tweaked the color scheme, so I'm not sure what could possibly be the cause. I remade the theme the last time this happened and it worked until the 1st of this month.

Post a bug report on the akaio forums with an example skin and it will be looked at.
