Seems to me like that site exists solely to try and make money from ads, threads like this just improve their chances of earning money. Making money out of wasting people's time must work pretty well. Also worth a look is http://gbatemp.net/topic/281849-acekard-3-3ds-100-fake/.

If the Acekard team had hacked the 3DS, you could bet it would be on the official Acekard site.

If this was true then how come they havent relesased an update to play nds games on the mario nov 3ds update 2.2.0.4? So I kinda call bull till I see some proof.

Are you using an ad blocker? You don't exactly need binoculars to see the huge "Buy Now!" button below the post, alongside an image of the Acekard 2i, both of which link to "cardsnds". Check out the other articles. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that they're just full of buzz words to try and rank highly on search engines. Also check out the blogroll, which isn't a blogroll at all — just more links to "cardsnds".

So if I put this on a page, I could crack 3DS ROMs too?? :

Today my card, called the Everlasting 3DS, has hacked 3DS ROMs for playing well and is the first to do so. The 3DS Console is a ROM flash kit. I also include DS and DSi ROM compatibility in our cart packed full on additional features. I have no proof, no pictures, and no videos as evidence even though my card works 100% with DS ROMs and has a enough compatibility to work with most 3DS games,

I'm not into piracy yet for the 3DS but this page is ridiculous if they think anyone will believe it.
