Hacking Acekard 2i Spring Problem

Well I got two acekards and for my cousin and brother. When we opened them and put the SD card in my cousin the card but the card went in too deep. We could get it out but its an annoying procedure. Any ideas of what I can do?

(I prefer not to send it back to the acekard team to fix it)

Simply don't eject the Memory Card to remove it. Instead remove the memory card by pulling it out as if it were in a non spring loaded slot.
