Ok, i just bought something from http://www.r4-ds-card.com/ and i wanted to know if they sell real acekard 2i's and if they do they they really ship it to you

Don't worry. Almost all fake Acekards are rebadged as R4's, and the ones that are not may be from the group that split from the official Acekard team; which makes them technically not clones. The site is over charging for the Acekard.

No offense or anything ... but 3 posts isn't that great :S Anyways ... opening up a new thread saying I already BOUGHT the AceKard 2i from an r4 site and asking if they send out fakes or not isn't that wise.
I suggest you to refund it and order from a trusted site like leetmods or 0shippingzone or volumerate.

I got mine from there, otherwise known as r4i.co.uk, they are related to memorybits.co.uk, worked out at just under the equivalent of $26 and included a 4gb SDHC.

I wouldn't order from that site.

I've seen spambots for a site very similar to that (r4ds.co.uk), if it's using spam tactics like that it's not to be trusted.

Besides, it's an R4 reseller, they are likely to try and sell fake Acekards in an attempt to expand the R4 market.

who told you the acekard team "split," perhaps the same people who swore for the last 2 weeks that acekard would release a fix the dec 09 hw80 cards? the acekard team is only a few people, they haven't split. what they did was sell the original design of the ak2i.
