Is there any way to play/emulate gba roms on the dsi? By the way, what is this "3in1/FAS1" in the start menu of akAIO 1.5.1?

3 in 1 is, ironically, what you need to play GBA games on your Acekard. It's a slot-2 device that you can put GBA roms on.
You need a slot 2 deviced to run GBA games.
The iPlayer is the only DSi device that can emulate GBA games due to the extra memory it has, Acekard 2i doesn't have the extra memory so can never do it.
