Hacking AceKard 2 and SD Card problems

Hi, recently purchased an AceKard V2.1 and a 2gb Kingston SD Card to go with it. When I insert the card into my computer with the provided sd card adaptor i cannot find the root file or maybe there isnt one, but i cant see it. Now with this in mind i cant load any of the neccessary AceKard files to play my NDS games, everytime i load the AceKard into the DS and select AceKard it starts off with loading and then comes up with "System File is Missing". If anybody has an opinion or knows whats going on please help cos it frustrating...

re-download the os firmware from acekard website,
put the files to your microsd

tried that still comes up with system file is missing, if you can put up the url for the acekard actual download to get it to work itd be greatly appreciated. cheers

for acekard v2, this is your firmware. just click on ver4.12. unzip the file and you will file one folder and one file. Extract both out into desktop, then copy those two into the root which is when you insert your microsd into the adapter and plug in the usb drive, it will show up as a drive letter like E: just make sure you right click on the that drive and format it with FAT. once done formatting, just click that drive open, then paste your files you copied into that drive. Now make another folder anywhere in the root and copy roms into it and your done.
