Hacking Acekard 2.1 randomly corrupting microsd

I have a HW80 acekard 2.1 running AKAIO 1.7. I am using a 4GB sandisk microsd from dealextreme.
This seems to happen randomly, it seems to hit UI, Language, Loader and Plugin folders more often, and folders containing my game less often.
I can fix it by using chkdsk to fix the errors, then replacing the corrupted files.

I know it's not the microsd because this has never happened on my dstt or the official ak2.1 firmware. It's really getting annoying, as I lost 3 hours of my ToI save recently ;_;

Any form of help would be appreciated

It happened the SAME to me, with the same sandisk micro sd from dealextreme (4gb class 4).
I think its the micro sd and not the acekard, they are bad quality micro sd...

Yeh I would try another MicroSD and report back.

My 2GB kingston seems to work fine with AKAIO, I guess I'll stick with official firmware for now, and boot into akaio when I want ds-wii connectivity.
