I made it to the e4 in the Pokémon Black and my whole team is around level 43. All of the e4 has level 48-50 Pokémon. So I've been trying to use the 900x rare candy cheat and it isn't working. Cheats are set to on and I've been using the no wild encounter cheat almost the whole game and have had no problems with it. How do I get the rare candy cheat to work?

You'll need to download DeadSkullzJr's cheat database here: https://github.com/DeadSkullzJr/NDS-i-Cheat-Databases/releases/latest
Copy the 'usrcheat.dat' file from the archive into the "__rpg/cheats" directory located on your SD card. To enable cheats, highlight "Pokemon Black" in the Games list and press (Y), there will be a button to enter the Cheats menu.
In the 'Game settings' section, 'Cheat/Action Replay' must be set to either 'Default' or 'Enabled'.
