Hacking Ace3DS PLUS don't work on a 2DS

Hi.

I recently buy one ACE3DS PLUS for a little boy who have his birthday, and his mother have buy a 2DS for him.
I wanted to put some games and test it on my 2DS and my NDS Lite and it's really bad.

The flashcard work correctly on NDS Lite, but on my 2DS the flashcard don't work.

I tried to find the .nds of the update for playing on 3DS/2DS/DSi, I found three of them but it's not working, the flashcard said "ID MISSMATCH".

I don't understand, the website said the cart was the last version (the updatable one so...) and it's not working.

Sended a mail for refund or exchange but no response.
The website is an official reseller of Ace3DS PLUS, why I can't do an update ?

If I don't receive any response, can I update it ?

You can always try the official website

And try to updated, that card it's pretty unreliable, hopefully the official update works or hopefully you can get in contact and exchange it. Remember you have a ace3d plus, your links are for the none plus.Good Luck.

Yes I know the website, but the .nds for update are gone long time ago.
The links in the download page are for the updated menu, and updated wood... not the update for the flashcard.

I found on youtube there are another update called "ace3ds_fix_all.nds | ace3ds_fix_all.zip" but impossible to found anywhere.

EDIT 2 : The Fix_all files don't update anything because my card are already fixed, and the second (fix 19) say the card are not valid.
I don't know what to do now.

Pretty much that card is not compatible with the latest firmware. Sorry for the bad news, so get a refund or exchange it. Hopefully this helps. A rule to follow when buying flashcard do your research and if the software hasn't been updated in 3 years don't buy it.

Ace3ds PLUS is a great card. They are clones but work great.

They must have shipped you an older revision. My A3P doesnt work on any 3ds versions above 5.0. The newer revision does not have this probldm.

My 2DS have a sysnand with v4.6-E (thing like that) and the cart doesn't work.

I do some research, the card was supposed to work on 3DS and it was the cheapest.
