If you made a full nand + boot0/1 backup while on 6.2.0 then you can restore following these instructions:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-7-0-downgrade-to-6-2-tutorial.530135/

You should note however that if your fuse count is 9 (which it probably is if you updated accidentally) then you will need to enable autoRCM and boot from a custom bootloader to bypass the fuse check.
Otherwise your console will refuse to boot since your total burned fuses are greater than the expected burned fuses.

What does nand + boot0/1 look like? I remember I have backup of them but I forget where I put them and I need something to search them.

boot0/1 will be called boot0.bin and boot1.bin (or not have the .bin extentions at all) and nand will either be rawnand.bin.00-15 or rawnand.bin
