Hacking Accidentally updated 3DS on cfw

I was on 11.4 and Luma 9.0, then I accidentally updated and now when I turn it on it says "Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es)" and would turn off with any key pressed.
Is it now 11.9.0-42? what should I do?
