Accidentally clicked "Update" and received System Update while in EmuMMC. Now, EmuMMC won't boot. Any way for me to recover my ToTK save?

As the title says, I accidentally bricked my EmuMMC install and haven't really done anything to it since then, and want to try and recover my save from it so I can eventually try and move it over to my clean Switch, but also just don't wanna lose like 40 hours of progress. Any advice?

When I first modded the switch the system software was 16.0.2 if that makes any level of difference.

update atmospheres , hekate and sigpatches to latest versions.

Yepp! As long as it isn't damage.

Just back it up with Hekate, dump your keys with Lockpick (or Picklock) RCM and open it with nxnandmanager.

EDIT: Also update your atmosphere and Hekate before doing anything else to see so they aren't out of date.
