Hacking AC:NL save manager - Could not access the savedata archive!

I'm trying to use Marc Robledo's AC:NL save editor, but whenever I go into the AC:NL save manager I get this screen: http://i.imgur.com/w0WqLyY.jpg

Specs:
o3DS XL 11.4.0-37U
B9S 1.2
Luma3DS 8.0

Help please!

is there a save file on AC:NL yet, or no? i get that error with JKSM sometimes, and it'd usually because there's no save to work with, usually because it's a new install of a game or something

Thanks but I found a solution, JKSM worked for me and I did have a save I was trying to export.
