Hardware About unlink NNID

So, I have 5.3.2 (e) console with NNID on it. I create new account for me, and want to remove older one. I google and found two options, to unlink account and delete all data -factory reset-.
Which is a better option to avoid system update?
I can get password to login into NNID account, but console need to have internet access. On the other side console haven't security PIN so I can make factory reset, but when I try that, console ask for internet connection.
Any suggestion to remove NNID and not update console?

You will need Internet no matter what, just update do you thing and then remove the Internet connection or add the tubehax DNs to block updates
