Hacking about the cards

i've checked alot of websites for a card that can play gba files, but they only say DS and NES.

When i'm checking most of the thread in here, you guys seem to be using all of them.. this might be a stupid question but at the same time I hate buying things on the net when i'm not sure of what i'm gonna get.

Maybe you guys could help me out?

I mainly wanna play GBA games (like mother 3, ffv ect..) but i would also like to play DS games. Could you tell me which one would be the best\easiest to use? I would spend like 30~100 bucks on it.
