In the modern world that tends to require console level hacks to be done first and the PS5 is presently not that (though maybe soon if some are to be believed).
Your main choices then being restore saves from backups (cloud or otherwise) by deliberately corrupting them, abusing system transfer options, if saves can go back to PS4 for a version then that, and trading in multiplayer to do item duplication.
