I never hanged out with other people. I never smoked or drank, went out to bar or pub, or clubs, or anywhere else, neither alone or in group.
Never kept contact with school friends, and they didn't want me near them.

Are they all "real" friends? I like to think she is. I know her for 15 years now. I met her on IRC, kept contact since then, we always talked every day for 15 years. We met IRL for the first time after 8 years.
How often do you hang with friends? once every two years. She lives 1500km (1000 miles) away, we rarely meet (once a year, or once each two years)
Are your friends starting to fade away? Yes, she met someone and thinks he is her other half, so she spends more time talking with him than me now.
Are your friends drinking/smoking? kind of irrelevant to me. She can do what she wants. I don't see her and it doesn't affect me, it does not make me mimic her or get closer or farer because of that.
Are they underage? No
Do you feel lonely? sometime, every 5-6 years I feel like I'm lonely want would like to meet "near" (from my town) people, but bump into the hard reality where I'm hurting others and I'm better alone.
How do you feel without friends? Who needs friends when you have anime and video games?. Other people don't understand me, and nobody like the same things than me. People think I'm strange or not normal, not acting like (sheep?) everybody else.
My only friend who share the same hobby is the one I met 15 years ago, 1500km away from me. talking on IRC is the best I can do to be close to someone else. I'm proxy-living by following and reading other (mostly fictitious) people stories, being video games, books, tv, series, movies, anime, manga, etc. projecting myself on others to feel what they live. living what I can't.
