Suggestion Ability to set the date and time format

This is a small thing, but something I've been missing for a while.
It would be nice to be able to change timestamps under posts, for instance, to have them display a 24-hour clock and a different date format, like yyyy/mm/dd.

Same, also I would like to see an option on Hekate to check if the wifi is enabled, but I don't think that it will happen...
