Shouldn't it be possible to get the OTP in emuNAND?

i mean, i downgrade the emuNAND to 2.1 and get the OTP here, instead of flashing it to sysNAND

if it's not possible, why?

If it was possible, it would have been done in OTPHelper instead of still needing sysNAND downgrade.
The reason why it's not is that the OTP is locked very early during the boot process (except in early firmwares like 2.1 obviously), far before menuhax triggers so it's obviously not available either in emuNAND...

by the way where can i find the most updated tutorial for A9LH? i read something about Decrypt9 checking hashes after flashing sysNAND but i don't see such thing in the guide i'm reading

OTPHelper does all that automatically, just follow Plailect's guide exactly and you should be fine.

one question.... once i am in 2.1 and i get the OTP, i'll restore my sysNAND backup back of when i was in 9.2.... will that double check hashes too?

being completely honest. What are chances that i brick even if i follow step-by-step the lastest guide?

if it's just 0% then say it, i'd not blame you if anything happens

i'm almost ending this, but i noticed something

the guide says "OTP.bin" , but my file is "otp.bin"

should i rename it or it doesn't matter?

two questions:

how can i know if AuReiNAND is blocking FIRM 0 and FIRM 1 writes?

and

is AGB_FIRM pre-patched? or do i have to patch it myself? it'd be nice if i can just install GBA games from the get-go

AuReiNand always blocks FIRM 0 and FIRM 1 writes, and AGB_FIRM is pre-patched.
