Will installing a9nl on sm3dl n3ds before linking an NNID remove the game or make it so I can't add it to my NNID?

I installed A9LH on my New 3DS (SM3DL Bundle), and my copy of 3D Land stayed throughout the process without a NNID attached. Reasoning was I planned for a system transfer later.

If your 3ds is 10.7 or lower or you have a hardmod on your 11.0+ console, you should have everything you started with as long as you follow the Plailect guide from start to finish.
