I have all the files I should need to start the system, all I did was format the sd card to exfat, 32k clusters and then replace the files back to my sd card.

This is what my filesystem looks like:

The 3ds doesn't support exfat. Switch back to fat32

I tried to use fat32 and it said my 64gb card was too big, but I used the exact same card before.
Use a 3rd party format tool or the built in windows one. They wont deny you, but a 3ds will

Try ES partition master (I think that's the name) on a pc

You can also use EmuNAND9 on the 3DS to format the SD card correctly. Of course, you'll have to launch it using another, functional memory card first.

Its probably best he uses a PC, cause I doubt he has a spare microsd.
Or if you have an android phone, you can probably download an app on the playstore do it, then have it formatted to fat32

Assuming he is using a n3ds for the android part or using a micro SD on his o3ds
