Hacking A9lh help

I just formatted my micro sd to fat32 128gb. I copied all files from my old card to the new one, it read in my 3ds after I formatted, and now it won't read. It shows up on a9lh hourglass but says no micro sd on 3ds and on my computer it reads, but won't load, not even in disk manager. Is there anyway to reformat it on a9lh?

Format the sdcard in Godmode9?

Or the card has simply failed.

It reads all files on godmode9 how to I format though? I just see delete.

I deleted the some files but not the loader hax or anything, now it won't boot god mode or luma...
