I keep hearing about A9LH and how it's better than MenuHax. If I have 2 CFW's on EmuNAND (N3DSXL) with a bunch of CIA's, can I transfer my data somehow? Can I still use the homebrew channel?

For the most part yeah. Just add the files for the cfw you want there. I used to run Luma, Cakes and ReiNand at the same time when I was using menuhax coldboot. I'd spend a few seconds deciding which to boot lol
