So, I've got a 9.2.0-20E Sysnand n3DS which I've changed to the NA variant in order to play online. I've seen posts recently revolving around a9lh and would like the increased boot time. From what I understand, A9LH seems to replace emunand.

So, If I change from Menuhax + Emunand to A9LH, can I keep my region-change intact?

a9lh does not replace emunand. If anything it replaces Menuhax, since it allows you to boot directly into your emunand (or sysnand).

To be even more clear, the A9LH hax is region agnostic, it will boot your sysnand or emunand regardless of what region they are. Just make sure that you use the pack to get it that matches whatever emunand you are using.
