Not sure why you are replying to a several years old thread but the method mentioned here is very outdated. Iirc starting with 8.0.0 or 9.0.0 you can no longer generate a master key without device id that can only be retrieved by hacking the console. If you can run cfw then there's a homebrew to remove parental control.
