I have a Nintendo Switch lite and will buy myself a Nintendo Switch that can jailbreak tomorrow. is it possible to go online on Switch lite? since the Switch I'll buy tomorrow is banned. should I want to play Pokemon Sword and Shield and want to trade.

Yes, the switch lite can go online. Just don't put your nintendo account on the banned switch and you should be good

The one that isn't banned you can go online with it, as for the banned one, you can edit via pkhex and trade locally with the online one.

You can do that online, or you can do that using local play if you're in the same room as the person you're playing with.

Online play requires that you have a legitimately purchased version of the game, a Nintendo Switch Online account that you're paying for, and a clean sysMMC. Local play can be done using a hacked Switch.

At a point in time yes. Now, no. I migrated from SXOS to atmosphere recently. Get atmosphere set up with emunand and you’ll be good to go.

SX OS is not recommended, since it has been abandoned and probably won't receive anymore compatibility updates. This means that, eventually, newer games won't work with it.

As long as Atmosphere is updated to support newer system versions, which it has been, then yes.
