You could make a backup of your game and run it through wiibrickblocker.

I think starfall stops updates but i am not sure if it will work with originals or not.

I have a backup of that game ntsc version loading times are a little long but not that bad.

Use WUFE by: NUKE to rip IOS38-64-v3609.wad to your sd-card...
Then install it w/ wadmanager v1.3....

It should work after that....
With no need to update....

So as long as you keep the no forced updates patch on Starfall, everything worked fine for me then, WiiSpeak channel's fine, move a character from the DS Animal Crossing is fine, clock is fine too (I've read about the problems with those things and I'm not sure if it applies to the legit PAL AC)

It's been confirmed to work on PAL.

IOSes aren't region specific AFAIK, just the system menu and channels.

You misunderstand, I was referring to the problems with the AC clock not being accurate to the Wii clock and that people were unable to use their DS Animal Crossing data to transfer to the Wii one.
