im thinking of hacking Vwii but what i wanna know is if i somehow bricked Vwii mode will the wii games from the eshop still work?

Yes, your eshop titles will still work as they're stored in the memory of the Wii U mode. But don't worry, as long as you've read all of the stickies, you should be able to do it with minimal problems. Bricking the vWii portion is pretty difficult, you have to do something monumentally stupid, like attempting it without any knowledge. Just read through the instructions around here clearly and make sure you're using all of the right vWii files, NOT regular Wii files.

Well the Wii titles directly run from the vwii portion, so Id imagine if you fully bricked it, then they wouldnt run.
