If you buy an original 3ds game, errase the game and leave the cartidge clean, then copy other game to the clean cartidge and repeat this whenever you want, you'll have any game that you want (only one at once) buying only one. Why this doesn't work? (or it works?)

You can't erase the game. ROM stands for Read-Only Memory.

In addition to the fact that retail games are physically read-only, the games themselves are NOT on identical carts, and can easily detect when they're stuck into the hardware of a different cart.

Hell, games have been detecting simple cart swaps since the SNES days.
