ROM Hack A question about the Arm7 patch thing

Does the packing and unpacking thing really work for all roms? I noticed it worked for Club Penguin, so I was curious.

If it does work, could someone make a quick step by step guide on how I can use it.

And if you could also give me the link for the download of the Tool, that would be great.

General theory behind ARM7 swapping.

Nintendo only allow devs to use the ARM9 of the DS, the ARM7 is shared between games although there have been quite a few revisions and a few subversions (long story short you may have to try a few times to find a compatible one).
The ARM7 is also responsible for save code and the like so swapping it back allows the older code to be patched by your flash cart and being common to many games the games still work.

Tool: you can use anything that can deal with the DS file system although as you asked cracker made a nice one that bypasses the issues associated with many of the DS file system tools.
