Apple A question about Final Fantasy III

I just got FFIII from the App Store a few days ago and i was wondering, i just got the water crystal and my team is really weak (luneth lvl 26 dragoon ingus lvl 24 dark knight arc level 24 geomancer and refia lvl 24 scholar). Does anyone have any reccomendations on which job i should swich them to?

I suggest you grind though. Grind a LOT!
