Hacking A question about DLC

Guys I did something stupid a day ago, I downloaded DLC for Streetpass Mii Plaza.

My question is, Can Nintendo erase DLC? Because i was able to play and just one day after the plaza is not working, I does not have all the games unlocked. What happened?

did you entered to eshop/log to your NNID using games like Badge Arcade or pokemon shuffles or anything like that?

if yes, then that will delete the DLC from your device.

Yes i did it, i linked my NNID, do you think they can BAN me? Or just it detects the dlc and erases it?

they don't ban people on the DLC, but they may ban people that use CFW or pay online on different region game or cheat online.

no, they don't really care about that, worst thing will happen is they will delete the DLC and you have to reinstall them again.

if you don't won't the DLC be deleted, then buy them.

Out of region DLC is impossible to buy on a stock console so Nintendo 100% knows you had to either pirate it, or use CFW to change your consoles region (your serial is enough to tell them the correct region of your device. That doesn't mean you'll be banned, it just gets removed when you load the eShop because it's not recognized as purchased, so it's deleted. DLC doesn't have it's own tickets like full games, and why your regular CIA games don't disappear when you enter eShop. Only unpurchased DLC, out of region DLC and CIA custom themes are the only things I know of that are removed when visiting eshop.

I domt play put of region games but have other games with dlc installed. Those games dlc are going to be deleted too? Or just System games?

Nothing made me think it was, I was just letting him know in case he had some since he's overly paranoid about CFW bans.
