This is a patch for the n3DS qtm process on latest firmware which crudely bypasses its error 0xf9605002. 3D still works as if Super-Stable 3D is off. Any attempt to capture from the cameras is still going to fail in some way, with hanging or an uncaught exception being common especially in licensed software.
I encountered the error spontaneously in August, and it was preventing my system from booting the native operating system, and my screws are too stripped to non-destructively enter to service the camera hardware. As such, I made this patch so I could boot the system with its broken camera assembly.
Usage with Luma: extract the IPS file out of the ZIP file and place it in

SD:/luma/sysmodules. Enabling the setting Enable loading external FIRMs and modules is required.
