+b means your banned.

changing name, may help "not your nick, but your NAME"
and your IP "if you can", also try VPN or a PROXY.

just dont talk in there again, they dont like it much if your not at the higher level.

viita is not hacked,psp mode is buut you need to have psn games that are removed from the shop to get vhbl ,3ds ds mode works and anyone can do it at anytime ,with a flash card,you dont need to buy games that are pulled from the shop the next day,so 3ds is more open than vita

Actually, there's a Vita-mode hack out now. It's still in the "game exploit" form like the earlier PSP exploits, and compatibility with homebrew is on and off (mostly buggy/off for now), and there's no Vita ISO loading anyways, but it's there.

PSVita has PSP hack mode,
the 3DS had flashcards working on it few days after it's release.
