ROM Hack A Link between Worlds Editor (esp for Cucco Game)

Does a save editor for this game exist? I would love to 100% it, but that Cucco game is complete BS. I also need the street pass medals (I have never walked passed anyone with this game). I checked power codes and there's nothing for this.

Is there anyway to edit the title so I can put a "?" in there? I don't want people to actually think I made a save editor.

So is there anything that makes the giant cucco automatically unlock? I'd imagine there would be something since that game is almost impossible.
