1.) Can I copy my 3ds cia games to system memory then delete them from the sd. If I can, how would I do that.

2.) Is there an N64 emulator for 3ds (old system though I would like to know if there is one for new)

3.) Is there an online guide on how to transfer sd card data throughout multiple 3ds'

    Many thanks,
    Bug____________

No, and even if you could the 3DS's nand is only 1.2gb total (and most is probably taken up by the OS).
The 3DS can't even emulate GBA very well, it's never going to run N64.
I mean, there was that incredibly dangerous & destructive 0-key movable.sed a while back... but it's not worth messing with anything like this. Why would you want to anyways?

Objectively false considering there's a functional N64 emulator for PSP. And the 3DS could potentially emulate GBA very well if someone put the time and effort into it since the old GBA emulators on PSP were rather nice given the system's low specs.

    1) that emulator is honestly trash, it's only the best because nobody else was crazy enough to try and make one
    2) The PSP coincidentally shares a MIPS chip with the N64, so that part isn't emulated. It takes a considerable load off of the PSP itself. The 3DS does not have that MIPS chip.
The 3DS also has hardware backwards compatibility with the GBA, which is what GBA injects use. However, actual GBA emulation in stuff like mGBA is really slow because the 3DS just isn't powerful enough.

You can keep moving the goalposts if you like, but my statement stands. Even with the MIPS handicap in play, the 3DS is still more than capable of at least rudimentary N64 emulation provided someone properly taps into the GPU's advanced feature set. "That emulator is honestly trash" is a simple opinion and nothing more, and provides no valid argument against the point I made (not to mention kind of immature).

Well, you can't exactly say that it's good emulation... The person in this video is probably an older build, but the new versions haven't changed that much.

That's an older video. Daedalus has made some strides in the last half year or so. Honestly, what really holds that whole system back in the emulation department is the lack of a modern CPU and low RAM. For what D64 does achieve with it's limited resources though is rather impressive.

By the way, i'm wondering why homebrews on 3ds made to play gba games don't use the same trick as the gba injection instead of trying to emulate gba ? since it should be faster theorically

It's not that easy. Same with having to load DS roms the way we do on 3DS instead of being able to run them "natively". It's all about specific firm/hardware access on the console. Running CFW doesn't enable access to all available resources and hardware available on the console, so it has to be reverse engineered.

Yeah... it's actually not that easy.
The GBA "emulation" actually works more like a hypervisor than emulation, and technically itsn't a hypervisor because it's not virtualizating, rather it uses the ARM9 core to run almost natively the GBA (just like the original DS used to run GBA games) but using the AGB_FIRM as a handler of it.
So... the 3DS isn't running in true "3DS mode" when playing GBA games, it runs in like a "soft-GBA mode".
CFW doesn't give access to the TWL_FIRM (DSi handler for the ARM9 core) neither the AGB_FIRM, so it's impossible for homebrew to emulate GBA games via the official VC methods (AGB_FIRM) currently (and I may say that we'll never be able to get that).

Well, GBA is good on vc, so surely someone could transfer wii's virtual console over?
And for the sd transfer, I may need to double storage and switch to microSD coz I need more speed and space.

GBA VC isn't really emulation though. It uses some actual GBA hardware, which is why there are no save states as a GBA isn't powerful enough to handle those. Ninty did make an attempt at making a software-based GBA emulator, which can be seen if you put a GBA rom in any Virtual Console game, but it doesn't run well.

Now that's just plain incorrect. Something using save states or not has nothing to do with hardware or "not being powerful enough". Do you even know what save states are?
